Bardonecchia cross-country ski

Altitude: tbetween 1390 and 1510 meters. Consists of 4 rings:
green ring: lenght 1 km, easy,
blu ring: lenght 2 km, easy,
red ring: lenght 3.5 km, medium difficulty,
black ring: lenght 5 km, hard

Enjoy pure snow fun in cross-country skiing, in the beautiful setting of Pian del Colle and Valle Stretta.

In Pian del Colle cross-country center where you can rent skis, hire guides and ski instructors and request all necessary information.

The track consists of a long ring that reaches the " parete dei militi" plateau with typical dolomitic feature.
After a short stretch, you can reach Grange Valle Stretta (1780 m) and the two refuges "I Re Magi" and " il Terzo Alpini" where there is a second smaller ring immersed in a fairytale landscape that will leave you literally breathless.

Situated in a panoramic position at 2000 m high, in the Jafferau ski area and reachable by tacking the gondola, there is the Bardonecchia Decauville cross country ski track, completely flat and open until April.

Please note that when there is an avalanche risk these slopes are closed.
